Atlas Capital Holdings Changes Company Name to Home Health International Inc.

As of March 26, 2012, the company formerly known as Atlas Capital Holdings has officially changed its name to Home Health International Inc., in a FINRA-approved move that changes the company’s trading symbol from ALCL to HHII.

The new name is meant to better reflect the company’s business strategy as a provider of home health nursing, rehabilitation, and personal care services with a goal of allowing seniors to age with dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Home Health International began as Micro Mammoth Solutions, Inc. in 2006, before acquiring Atlas Capital Partners and changing its name to Atlas Capital Holdings, Inc. in 2010. The newly-renamed company received shareholder and board approval to amend its articles of incorporation to change its name to Home Health International Inc.
