Jordan Health Services acquires Providence Homecare Services

Jordan Health Services announced that acquired Providence Homecare Services for an undisclosed sum to expand its services in Lufkin, Texas. 

Effective with this transaction Providence Homecare Services will be renamed Jordan Health Services.

Additionally, we have targeted Lufkin as a key area to expand our pediatrics business and this transaction will be instrumental towards launching pediatrics successfully. We welcome the Providence team and all of their clients to the JHS family.”

JHS will continue to operate in Lufkin under the leadership of Evelyn Brookshire, Administrator of the agency.
