Infinity Homecare, LLC announced today that it has completed the acquisition of Advanced Homecare, LLC (formerly Vitalcare Home Health) and AHC Southwest LLC.
Headquartered in Sarasota, Florida and founded in 2008, Infinity Homecare provides home health services in the state of Florida through licensed and Medicare-certified agencies.
The company which offers a broad range of services for physicians, patients and clinical programs, operates from 27 locations in eight districts in Florida.
Vitalcare, founded in 2010, operates in the state’s sixth and eighth districts with primary locations in Tampa and Sarasota.
The company also provides a comprehensive range of home health care services including nursing and rehabilitation services as del as specialty programs for patients with cardiac, pulmonary and orthopedic conditions.

Additionally, Infinity says it will continue to pursue many growth strategies, including add-on acquisitions and other “innovative approaches to the changing landscape of healthcare.”
