Net Medical Xpress Solutions, Inc. (OTCQB: NMXS) announced yesterday the launch of home telemedicine services through a new incubator company, Infinity Home Healthcare, to better serve the company’s rural clientele.

Based in New Mexico, Infinity Home Healthcare is a licensed home health agency that offers medical services to patients at home through the telemedicine platform developed by Net Medical.

By deploying resident nurse and primary care physicians consult services via telemedicine technology, Infinity facilitates the ability of doctors to examine and treat patients at their homes while also bridging the continuity of care between existing physicians and specialists.

“We are bringing physician house calls back to America via telemedicine,” said Infinity CEO Gary Gonzales. “A good part of the answer to our nation’s healthcare crises is the ability to reach and treat patients at home affordably by providing medical services and access to physicians for those who would otherwise not have access because of cost or location.”

Networking through the business units of Net Medical, Infinity Home Healthcare is rolling out services within 100+ miles of Albuquerque on August 1.
