Caregiver Services and Home Care Inc. recently announced an acquisition-fueled expansion program to branch out to new states in the next several months to extend its reach into the senior community that will be needing home care.
The announcement comes as Caregiver Services is set to celebrate its 10-year anniversary. The in-home care services company belongs to BCT Group, an employment, staffing services, and medical billing company.
The entire organization aims to expand its presence in the senior living and home care industry in the next 10 years, and the upcoming acquisition of a senior services company is expected to complement the organization’s structure. More information on the acquisition will be announced once it is finalized.
Caregiver Services and BCT Group are meeting with business consultants and investor groups to spearhead the plan and prepare for expansion.
The ultimate goal of the expansion program is innovation and breakthrough in business process and system in the healthcare and senior services industry. The company is considering acquiring residential care facilities in selected areas.
