Home Instead Senior Care received top honors as the No. 1 franchisor in the United States, deemed by industry publication Franchise Business Review.
The annual rankings consider various categories, including senior care, which this year spanned 15 franchisees.
Home Instead Senior Care has received the first place mention for the past four consecutive years, based on franchisee satisfaction.
“Our network of locally owned franchise offices is central to our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families around the world,” said Jeff Huber, president of Home Instead, Inc., the franchisor of the Home Instead Senior Care network. “This award is the result of the consistent passion and commitment that exists within every corner of our organization – across more than 1,000 franchises in 18 countries.”
Franchises Kona Ice, Sotheby’s International Realty, Weed Man and Cruise Planners comprised the remainder of the Top Five franchises comprising 250 locations or more. Honorable mentions in the senior care category designated by Franchise Business Review include Visiting Angels, Qualicare – Family Homecare, FirstLight HomeCare and Homewatch CareGivers, among others.
The awards were given based on a survey of more than 26,000 franchise owners spanning 350 brands.
