Brookdale Senior Living (NYSE: BKD) reportedly received a takeover bid for $3 billion from Chinese real estate and leisure group Zhonghong Zhuoye Group Co Ltd, which also has a big stake in SeaWorld Entertainment Inc. The story was first reported by Reuters.
