Scott Ginn Takes CFO Role at Amedisys

Amedisys, Inc. (Nasdaq: AMED) has named Scott Ginn as chief financial officer, the Baton Rouge-based home health care provider announced Friday.

Gary D. Willis resigned his position as CFO and accessed an executive vice president and CFO position with another health care company, according to Amedisys.

“Scott recently served as our chief accounting officer, and was responsible for all our accounting operations, cost control systems and financial reporting,” Amedisys CEO and President Paul Kusserow said in a statement. “During his more than 10 years with Amedisys, he has made many significant contributions to the company as senior vice president of accounting and controller and senior vice president of finance and accounting.”
