In the aftermath of the announced acquisition of Kindred Healthcare (NYSE: KND) by Humana (NYSE: HUM), a Kindred shareholder sent the company a public letter opposing the sale. Analysts say the letter, which doesn’t mention any legal action, isn’t likely to derail the $4.1 billion deal’s progress.
