After graduating with an economics degree from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard, Jon Rousseau began his career as an investment banker at Morgan Stanley before going into the world of private equity. Rousseau then went into the pharma industry, taking on a leadership role at Medtronic and, later, with Mylan.

Rousseau joined Kindred Healthcare in 2013. After three years, he was tapped to become CEO of BrightSpring Health Services, one of the largest providers of home care services in the United States.
