As part of the Executive Connect program, qualified executives may apply for this complimentary ticket, which includes taking a set number of required meetings with some of our sponsors at the event. If accepted, you will be granted a ticket to the entire event program for your time and feedback on these scheduled meetings.

Qualifications, Terms & Conditions

1. Participant applying must work for a home health care provider or operator, have a VP or higher title, and your company has $5 million+ in revenue annually

2. Only one participant per firm may apply in the Executive Connect Program per event.

3. A deposit is required to register for Executive Connect. The deposit is refundable ONLY IF participant attends the event and scheduled Executive Connect meetings.

4. No refunds permitted on this program if you are unable to attend or cancel your attendance at any time after registration is approved.

5. Approved executive cannot change company representative within 14 days of the event.

6. Participation in Executive Connect includes access to any receptions, meals or refreshments, and all conference sessions at the event. Executive Connect does not reimburse for lodging, travel and other personal expenses.
