Jet Health Appoints Larry Nabb To Succeed Stacie Bratcher As CEO

Jet Health has a new top leader at its helm. On Tuesday, the company announced that it has named Larry Nabb CEO, effective immediately.

Nabb succeeds Stacie Bratcher, who has served in the CEO position since March 2020.

“Jet Health has steadily grown through acquisition, as well as organically over the past several years, resulting in the strong presence it established and positive reputation it earned throughout the markets they serve,” Nabb said in a press statement. “My background and experience, coupled with the company’s solid footing in both the space, as well as geographic areas it reaches, will serve as a springboard for taking Jet Health to the next level.”

Fort Worth, Texas-based Jet Health is a home health, hospice and personal care provider that operates in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado and Idaho.

As part owners, private equity firms SV Life Sciences Advisers and Health Enterprise Partners partnered with executive Jim Glynn to form Jet Health in 2016.

More recently, Jet Health acquired Trio Home Health Care and Hospice in October. The deal added 10 total locations in Texas — the state with the most Jet Health-branded enterprises — and 500-full time workers to the company.

Earlier that year, Jet Health acquired Arlington, Texas-based Blessings Hospice.

In his new role, Nabb will be responsible for all day-to-day operations, as well as growth and acquisition strategies.

Before joining Jet Health, Nabb was CEO and a board member for Providence Care, a home health, hospice and house call provider serving the Southeast U.S. He was integral to the acquisition strategy that expanded Providence Care’s footprint from single to multi-state, according to Jet Health’s release.

Prior to Providence Care, he was the president and COO at Remita Health, a hospice provider that serves patients in California, Arizona and Nevada. During his time at the company, Nabb notably helped form relationships between Remita Health and payers, and also established value-based ventures.

“We welcome Larry to Jet Health,” Glynn, founder and chairman of the board at Jet Health, said in the statement. “He is a solid strategic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and impressive operational experience. He has been credited with inspiring a culture of growth and engagement across teams within the companies he has led. Jet Health’s board of directors believes Larry’s extensive industry expertise and proven track record will position him for success in leading Jet Health forward.”
